Job Title: Software Developer (Bitrix24 Specialist)

We're seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between Bitrix24 using the RESTful API, configuring workflows, and implementing custom setups in Bitrix24. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Randburg (Linden) office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom solutions for Bitrix24.
• Integrate APIs across various systems.
• Configure custom setups in Bitrix24 using the RESTful API.
• Design and implement workflow solutions in Bitrix24.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Proficient in English.
• Matriculation and an IT-related qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
• Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, and Linux.
• Proficient with APIs and integrating systems.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, MySQL, MS SQL, Postman, and GitHub.
• Previous experience with CRM or workflow software.

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in software development projects.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Experience in leading a small team of developers.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in Bitrix24.
• Experience with Linx (NOT Linux).

• You will need to interpret a project scope and assist in the setup of a customer required solution. Interpretation of customer requirements and requests will be key in this position. 
  
  
• Technical skills are required and you will have to apply your mind when a solution is requested and not only execute a list of tasks.
  
  
• You will interact with customer's to clarify their requirements and provide feedback on the progress of the setup.
  
  
• The position will require your attention for multiple implementations at the same time.
  
  
• The position is hybrid but you will be required to work at the office for the first month and thereafter three days per week. 
  
  
• The office is based in Linden, Randburg, Johannesburg and you will be required to commute. 

Responsibilities

• Implementing and supporting custom solutions for clients on Bitrix24
• Consulting with customers regarding solutions required and Bitrix24 related queries
• Support general setup that has been done by FullView for multiple customers
• Assist the technical team in development of modules
• Build entities, forms, workflows, dashboards and reports on Bitrix24
  
• Develop user manuals according to implementation of processes
