FullView Solutions have developed an integration between Bitrix24 cloud editions and Sage Business Cloud Accounting.

The entities synced between Bitrix and Sage are the customer, Invoices and
payments.

The accounting of each company is unique and with the in-house skills of a CA we implement your integration according to your accounting setup.

Customers

Bitrix will be the master of all customer records. Any new company created in Bitrix, will be created
as a customer in Sage once a day.

Invoices

Bitrix will be the master of all Invoices. Customer Invoices with a status of “Sent to Customer” in Bitrix, will be created as an invoice in Sage once a day.

Payments

Sage will be the master of all customer payments received. Any customer payments captured in Sage will be used to change the status of the invoice in Bitrix to “Paid”.

Costing and Discount

If Bitrix is purchased through FullView, we will discount the fees with 12%.
In cases where FullView is loaded as the referral partner in Sage Business Cloud Accounting we will give a 3 % discount on the fees.
The monthly fees can be paid in advance in which case we will give 2 months for free. I.e. you will only pay for 10 months.
